Sunghan Ro

Sunghan Ro is an assistant professor in Harvard University’s physics department. After earning his PhD at the Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology (KAIST), he held postdoctoral fellowships at Technion – Israel Institute of Technology and MIT. His research area is the statistical physics of soft and living matter, in and out of equilibrium. Recently, he has focused on studying collective phenomena in natural systems, such as bacteria and animals, and artificial systems, such as colloids and robots.
